Guillermina Baeza is a Spanish designer who began creating swimwear self-taught in
the 1970s and founded her eponymous label in the 1980s, establishing swimwear as a
fashion category on a par with prêt-à-porter. With runway shows at Pasarela Gaudí and
Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, she built a feminine, sophisticated style rooted
in the Mediterranean. Today, under the creative direction of her daughter Belén Larruy,
the brand blends tradition and innovation, embracing sustainability and local
manufacturing, with more than forty years of history behind it.
