In accordance with article 17.1 of Law 19/2014, the © Generalitat de Catalunya allows the reuse of
contents and data provided that the source and date of the update are cited and that the
information (article 8 of Law 37/2007) and also that it does not contradict a specific license.
Terms of use and terms of reuse of information
Law 18/2015, of 9 July, amending Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on
reuse of public sector information, regulates the reuse of public information of which
they have the administrations and bodies in which they participate in the majority, that is, the right of all
potential market agents in the reuse of information from public bodies.
In accordance with these regulations, the Administration allows reproduction, distribution and communication
public works and, in addition, the transformation of the work into derivative works, for the whole world and without
no time limitation, and provided that it does not contradict the license or notice that a work may have and
which is the prevailing one.
To reuse the information, you must follow the following conditions:
a) Do not distort the meaning of the information.
b) Always cite the source of the information, which is “© Generalitat de Catalunya. Business Department i
Knowledge. Consortium of Commerce, Crafts and Fashion of Catalonia ”
c) Mention the date of the last update of the information.
Other reuse modalities
Reuse may also be limited by the protection of other priority legal assets, such as the protection of
of personal data, privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties. The reuse of works
protected by intellectual property can be formalized through the use of open broadcasting licenses,
such as Creative Commons, which assign certain rights to exploit the works. In the
content where such licenses are applied, reuse is permitted under the conditions set out therein
establish.
The use of logos, trademarks, coats of arms and distinctive symbols of the Trade Consortium is not authorized in any case,

The Administration of the Generalitat is not responsible for the information that can be obtained through
