EIKŌ AI

From an early age, I have been fascinated by fashion, both in magazines and in real life. As a little kid, I often cut and altered my new dresses. I always needed to manipulate clothes, with my scissors always at hand. When I grew older, there was no doubt in my mind: I wanted to pursue fashion design. I enrolled at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona and later completed a course at Central Saint Martins in London. After gaining experience working with local brands and multinational companies, I decided to follow a creative calling and founded eikõ ai.

The Brand

The name eikõ ai comes from the Japanese phonetic translation of “Glory” and “Love”—the name and surnames of the brand’s founding partners. The brand is a seamless blend of casual style and sophistication. eikõ ai began with a reinterpretation of classic wardrobe staples, infusing them with a unique perspective. As we grew, we expanded our offerings, introducing new products to broaden our “universo” and connect with a wider audience.
